M/s Grandeur Engineering Pvt. Ltd., is a private limited company in corporate under the provisions of The Companies Act,1956, in the year 1996. Initially the name of the company was United Vanguard Pvt. Ltd. & was established for business of trading. The promoter Directors of the company were Mr. Santosh V. Patil, Ms. Manisha Santosh patil. Later on in 2006-07, two of the other directors decided to start and concentrate on their other company United Heat Transfers Pvt. Ltd. & Mr. Santosh V. Patil Along with his wife took over the responsibility of running this company. The main objective of the company was changed to accommodate machining of Engineering jobs & related services.
After one year the company took over the running business of Grandeur Industries a proprietary firm of Mr. Santosh V. Patil, by changing the name to Grandeur Engineering Pvt. Ltd. The company is supplying various parts for the pneumatic tools of Atlas Copco & other industries; it is also engaged in manufacturing & supply of Machining Tools from its own factory in nashik.
